Things are getting out of hands lately. School is no longer a working place for us. Teaching is not our main duty now, instead we have to neglect our teaching duties most of the time. I feel so bad! Lots of admin work and planning duties are pushed to us. We have a full teaching load and markings to do but we are still taxed with so many other duties which are supposed to be done by our HOD! Poor Su Hui! I feel like crying with her this evening when she was in tears.....its a long story to tell regarding today's incident. We have 39teaching periods and the head has only 26! This is so because she is the head and she needs the extra time to do departmental things and planning. But what has she done?! NOTHING!!!Just because she went on leave for a year plus and we covered her duties means we have to do it even when she returned?? I think she is bullying us! Feel like telling her that she can quit her job,go home and hug her son and husband for the rest of her life, let another person who is much much more capable than her take up the post! Give up the HOD post to someone else who is much much more worthy! Mind you, she is getting HOD salary performing at "D" Grade! Sickening woman!
